...That's what I am calling the upcoming season. School is almost over. Tomorrow is my last (OK... my only) final, and while I should be studying right now, I feel I must share my excitement. Beau has graciously agreed to let me have the entire summer off of school and work to complete (and start!) projects around the house.
Some are small, like cleaning out the coat closet and making bunting to hang around the house.
Others are much larger, such as painting and re-hanging the kitchen cabinets*, or finally painting our dining room and hanging pictures on my gallery wall - all with the help and inspiration of Pinterest. Perhaps I'll even build a retaining wall in the backyard so I can finally have a garden. I'll photograph and post my progress along the way, if for no other reason than to keep me going.
But for now, at 4:15 pm on the eve of my Psych 200 final, I must commence studying so that I can pass the class. That's right, my future hinges on getting a 70% or higher tomorrow morning.
*This project has actually been ongoing for 2+ years. I took them off the hinges and began painting before we were married. Since finding the hardware I lost, I've had renewed hope in finally completing this mammoth project.
